Pricing questions, answered.

Do you mark up ad spend?

No. You pay Google directly with your own credit card. We never touch your media budget and never take a percentage of it. The monthly fee is the only thing you pay us — full stop.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee. The first month covers the audit, restructure and any account rebuild work needed to get your tracking and campaigns into shape. Surprise onboarding fees are an agency-vs-client incentive problem — we just include the work.

What's the contract length?

Month-to-month with a 30-day written notice. We do not require quarterly or annual commitments. If the work is not delivering, you should not be locked into paying for it.

What do you NOT do at any tier?

We do not produce video / display creative, manage LinkedIn or Meta paid campaigns, do SEO content writing, or run social media. We can advise on all of these (and often do) but execution is out of scope. If the project needs those, we point you at a specialist.

Can you work alongside our existing agency or in-house team?

Yes, frequently. Many of our engagements run alongside an in-house marketer (we handle the Google Ads bandwidth they do not have) or alongside a different agency on other channels. Clear scope + a shared dashboard keeps this clean.

How do you measure success on the engagement?

Three metrics by default — blended CAC, CAC payback period, and ARR added attributable to paid. We agree the baseline in week 1 and report against it monthly. You see the math; nothing is hidden behind agency dashboards.
